Cars Co is a newly re launched end to end mobility organization based out of Manhattan, NY. Supported and owned by the Dubai based Linktia investment group. Cars Co is seeking High Character, Hungry, professionally focused administrator and doer to head the administrative functions of the organization.

We want the right candidate to grow, to achieve great things and succeed with us. We will invest in & nurture the talent joining us. In turn, they’ll be joining a startup environment in the fast moving Mobility as a service (MaaS) segment that is also pivoting into many more end to end lifestyle services.

The Role:

• Administrative lead for the Cars Co group, the developing businesses in New York and the administrative point person for the Dubai ownership.

• Leadership of the operational functions of the office and core execution of company policy.

• Assist and support the CEO directly on financial, legal and all other procedural issues.

• Administer core functions on company policy, Human Resources administration.

• Oversee all accounts payable & receivable in conjunction with Exec team

• A company culture evangelist and a supporter of execution.

• Not a good attitude, a great attitude. A good Human being.

• Fundamental common sense, empathy and situational awareness.

• Strong Microsoft Windows understanding, specifically excel.

• Background in financial analysis & P&L functions.

• A history of supporting management teams.

• Ability to function in fluid startup environments whilst not tolerating dysfunction. Operational discipline.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

• Background in service, either professional or community a must.

• A strong interest in brand building, service led organizations, technology & media.

• Strong interest in building something great.
