    Your Responsibilities

    As an intern at the public affairs office in Washington DC you will support the deployment and implementation of various public affairs related projects and programs. The primary job duty for this intern will be to research and report back on relevant legal and public policies that will impact the company and/or market. The intern may also be asked to:

    • Provide substantive and administrative support to public affairs-advocacy function
    • Attend various congressional or federal agency events and report back findings from these events
    • Run reports and analyze data
    • Deliver presentations on research findings to business stakeholders

  • Qualifications

    What Skills You Need

    • Pursuing an Undergraduate or Graduate degree in Political Science, Pre-Law, Economics or other related major.
    • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale required.
    • Basic research, writing and communications skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Exel, PowerPoint.
    • A strong candidate will also have
    • Demonstrated interest/exposure to government, public policy/political organizations preferred.
    • Work Statement: US Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
