Based in our Norwalk, CT Headquarters, the Associate plays a fundamental role in supporting the Account and Creative teams with data and insights that help guide idea-generation and decision-making for our clients. A strong candidate will have an interest in not only providing business performance updates, but also in helping guide creative problem solving.

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $55,000.00-$65,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
