Job Description
As a Senior Associate (Analyst) within our Digital Analytics Business intelligence team, you will be situated at the center of the agency which informs many aspects of client strategy, media activation and optimization. You will be well equipped with exceptional tools, technology, skill development training and world-class Dentsu products to help you service our GM clients. Responsibilities include data assimilation and ensuring data quality across campaigns. Assisting in the development and completion of all client deliverables (Performance Reports, measurement plans, POV, dashboard builds, strategy consultancy, etc.). Troubleshoot and resolve data issues or challenge. Providing recommendation and solutions on data, measurement, reporting and optimization. Participate in presenting media performance results to internal stakeholders and clients.

This position requires an individual that is intellectually curious, can mine data to answer complex questions and be able to clearly communicate findings. Attention to process and detail is a must.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree – ideally with a concentration in analytics, advertising marketing, business, engineering, or applied statistics/mathematics
2-3 yrs. experience as a digital media analyst or specialist in media planning, consumer research, account planning, marketing, or media research
Ability to work with large data sets, analyzing, and reporting on digital media campaigns, providing actionable insight and recommendations
Working knowledge of Ad Tech platforms including, DoubleClick (DBM, DCM) Adobe (Analytics)
Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel skills
Business intelligence platform experience (Tableau and or PowerBI) is preferred
Experience with SQL and Python is preferred but not required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including data visualization skills
The ability to communicate with a range of internal and external partners is essential
Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
Exceptional attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
