    Job Description

    The Retail Account Analyst will be responsible for providing project and service support to our clients and their teams and for facilitating day-to-day project management, including execution and reporting. The Retail Account Analyst will also act as a resource to support the efforts of Sales Executives and Account Managers for servicing and managing a specific account or segment of business. By working within a team environment, you will help achieve the goals of accurate project execution, meeting target margins and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support Account Managers by maintaining a working knowledge of client programs, objectives, and expectations
    • Create and develop summary reports for clients and analyze client data to improve existing service programs
    • Identify issues and work in conjunction with Account Managers and field support personnel during the issue resolution process
    • Ensure internal timelines are met and that changes are communicated appropriately
    • Work with clients to create project specific merchandise plans/planograms within specifications
    • Schedule and attend audits with field managers to determine client program objectives
    • Actively participate in client service team meetings
    • Attend and actively participate in client and field annual/bi-annual meetings
    • Other duties as assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, or related field
    • 1-2 years of retail merchandising/customer services experience is required
    • Background in a logistics, supply chain management, or operations management is highly desired
