Vice President, Mid-Market Product Management
Job Description
The Vice President, Mid Market Product is a newly created role reporting to the Senior Vice President, Product Strategy & Marketing. You will be responsible for accelerating the growth of the Epsilon’s integrated product suite ranging from Digital, Tech/Loyalty, People Cloud Messaging, Yieldify, CitrusAd, and Retargetly across the US Mid Market, EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
The candidate selected for this role will have a blend of Product Management, Product Strategy, and Go-to-Market experience while partnering closely with Engineering teams globally. A successful candidate should have experience in developing and bringing to market a strong portfolio of Advertising Technology, Media, and Data products. The candidate will need to have a comprehensive understanding of the digital advertising space, its evolution over time, and demonstrate a strategic vision for the future of Advertising Technology and Media ecosystem.
Product Management, Strategy, & Go-to-Market
This role acts as an Epsilon innovator, building new products for Mid Market clients, partner agencies, media and industry. The role will develop and communicate key product differentiation strategies/messages to ultimately drive increased recognition and adoption of Epsilon’s people-based marketing solutions. Equally important, this role will ensure a unified global approach that applies to both core and developing markets outside the US.

Salary Range: $220,000.00 – $240,000.00 + eligibility for bonus
