Job Summary
As Performance Marketing Manager, you would be responsible for leading, developing and executing plans to evolve the acquisition of consumers through online channels in the U.S. and Canada for Epsilon’s Shopper’s Voice consumer survey: www.shoppersvoice.com (USA), www.shoppersvoice.ca (English Canada), www.lavoixdelacheteur.com (French Canada). The self-reported survey data is an integral component of the overall Epsilon suite of data products.
The Manager, Performance Marketing position is within the Epsilon data product team. We are looking for an individual who takes a consumer-centric approach and is passionate about doing what’s right for consumers and the Shopper’s Voice brand. You are highly analytical and possess strong experience in managing and analyzing campaign performance, optimizing consumer acquisition costs and quantities, and A/B testing. You also have a creative flair for developing ad copy, display ad images, and email marketing.
Success in this role requires critical thinking with a passion for solving business problems, an effective communicator with experience working with senior leaders, and team players that want to be part of a collaborative team and can foster relationships with peers in the organization and third-party affiliate marketing partners.
