Oversees website management and graphic design for Synergos and each of the association clients.
This includes web design, video production, and visual imagery for a variety of programs and events.

Job Duties:
Provide graphic design and layout to a large and wide variety of marketing materials and publications.
Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and code templates.
Create digital designs for social media, web sites, blog posts, e-newsletters, online magazines and publications, and more.
Create print designs for postcards, banners, conference publications, conference signage, curriculum packets, letterheads, print publications, and more.
Create videos for 3+ large conferences per year.
Responsible for the complete design of a quarterly print magazine, 3+ conference program books, and 2+ annual reports.
Manage the operation and maintenance of Synergos’s and its clients' websites including day-to-day maintenance, creating new pages, and design elements.
Develop new websites and redesigns for clients.
Monitors web site performance and makes necessary adjustments to ensure maximum availability and performance including web site capacity planning.
Participate in the development of and implement a strategy to engage and motivate stakeholders with Synergos and any/all clients.
Stay up to date on new tools, how other organizations and companies are using them, and how Synergos can use them for its clients.
Independently manage production requirements and operational goals.
Multitask, juggling multiple projects at one time.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree is required; a degree in graphic design, or related field is preferred and a combination of education and equivalent experience will be considered. 1-3 years experience preferred.
Qualifications:
A high degree of familiarity with different social networking tools.
Familiarity with Constant Contact, Emma, MailChimp or similar email marketing tools.
Familiarity with CMS like Wordpress and Drupal.
Candidate must have experience creating, designing, and redesigning websites.
Experience with frontend/backend development and website creation from scratch is preferred.
Fluency in graphic design and video editing software, including all Adobe Creative Suite applications.
This is a full time position with benefits. Salary is commensurate with experience and falls in the 30-36K range. Includes a benefits package. A background check will be conducted on the successful candidate prior to final offer of employment.
