    The Delivery Excellence/Risk Manager is responsible for managing the execution of the CRM Quality Assurance steps, for fee-based, services proposals and their resultant projects within a business unit, in compliance with the World Wide Quality Assurance/Management Discipline (WWQA/MD). As an independent reviewer for fee-based, services engagements, he/she will assess and make recommendations to influence the viability, risk, project management, profitability and customer satisfaction in services solution design and delivery. The candidate must have experiece leading a project team in delivering Quality Assurance solutions according to project charter or contract. This role has overall performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and contractual.
