    The SAP Sales and Solutioning Lead is responsible for driving transformational business development opportunities within the IBM GBS SAP Practice. Responsibilities include Pre-sales workshops, development of sales collateral, proposal solutioning (including scoping, estimating and pricing), orals, negotiations/sow, project ramp-up support, and project pre-planning. During the sales cycle the consultant will develop business value propositions, business cases, solution strategies, roadmaps and ultimately the proposal. The role may require accountability for managing scope, issues/risks, timelines, financials and quality deliverables of engagements. The sales and solutioning lead is expected to develop and maintain senior client relationships and to participate in business development activities. This individual will assist in the growth and development of the North American SAP practice and maintain deal focused relationships with clients and partners to scope, propose and close transformational SAP opportunities.
