Job Description

As an Innovation Booster, your work will be project-based and usually take place at our clients’ office. During projects and office hours you will:

1: Develop new concepts, design experiments and test assumptions within specific markets. You will work with our methodology, taking client's through the explore, experiment and execute phases of product or service innovation.

2: Work in close contact with employees within our clients’ company, implementing a new way of working and achieving maximum results that are intrinsic to Innovation Boosters’ core values.

3: Growing the companies presence within the U.S., through dissemination of our way or working towards new potential clients, this could include creating and maintaining a strategic vision for Innovation Booster U.S or new business development.

4: Take on roles and responsibilities within the companies internal organisational structure, such as organising workshops or training days, but also fun activities for you and your colleagues!

Who are we looking for?

• 3 to 7 years of employment experience (preferably in financial services)
• Eligible for full time employment
• MBA degrees from multiple disciplines will be accepted
• Clever, persistent and streetsmart
• Evidence of strong organizational, interpersonal and communications skills
• Trend-conscious, driven and entrepreneurial
• Creative and resourceful with an ability to understand and create wide-ranging, out-of-the-ordinary, (technical) business opportunities.
