Job Description
The DBC intern will work on the agency’s account team supporting the current business with a real-world experience into the day-to-day of what it takes to launch new programs nationwide, build brands and connections with consumers alongside a rockstar team. Additionally, the intern will play a lead role in designing the company’s day of giving with committee support.
Office Hours: Monday – Friday from 9:00am – 5:00pm
Average Hours: 30 hours per week
Compensation: This is an hourly paid internship with 1 hour unpaid lunch
This internship will begin on May 20, 2024 and end on August 2, 2024. Candidate must be available for all 11 weeks of the internship.

The compensation for this internship is $16.00 hourly. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location.
