McKinsey & Company is looking for Recruiting Administrators to join our Tampa Service Center based team located in St Petersburg, FL!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will perform diverse duties in support of multiple recruiters as part of our recruiting efforts for all levels of consultant roles across all of our North American offices.
• You will own the logistics for active candidates in the pipeline including scheduling interviews, ensuring appropriate internal interview preparation, collecting and documenting feedback, and scheduling decision meetings.  
• You will also manage a high volume of candidate information and maintain accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant work experience in recruiting or HR
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to coordinate multiple streams of work independently
• Demonstrated initiative, judgment and maturity
• Discreet, respectful and caring with confidential information
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; experience with recruiting tools and programs is preferred
• Flexibility to deal with ambiguity and last-minute changes and ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to prioritize and look beyond own responsibilities to help team members with urgent deadlines
• Comfortable working with minimal direction and flexibility to work overtime as required
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills with the ability to build strong relationships
