Job Description
The Regional Quality Specialist (RQS) is an elevation of the Base Ally position, designated to scaling DBC’s quality initiative in both a distributor and trade-facing capacity. Inclusive of Base Ally responsibilities, the RQS will also be tapped to host large-scale trainings for tier 2 & 3 GDK distributors, drive regional quality and commercial objectives, and support non-premise activation when necessary.
Reporting to a Regional Field Manager, the RQS is a balance of sales, quality support and brand education. Here is a small sample size of what you’ll be doing:
Account Management. Coverage of (50) On-Premise accounts within an immediate territory, in line with Alliance team objectives. Driving rate-of-sale, quality initiatives and distribution growth for Guinness Draught Kegs within owned account in line with quarterly sales goals
Distributor Engagement. Support of Tier 2 & 3 Guinness Draught Keg distributors. Emphasis on quality education, driving brand presence, awareness, and accountability with distributor teams throughout assigned sales regions
Trade Education. Facilitate Event & Commercial Support. Execute On-Premise Staff Trainings, Beer Dinners, and Quality Consultations as requested from regional stakeholders (SDs, DMs, RAMs, Specialists, Allies
Consumer Events. Support of Non-Premise Activations. Represent brand(s) at local consumer and trade-focused events at a local and regional level
Agency Mentorship. Mentor local agency Beer Sales Representatives on brand knowledge and best practices, while instilling and developing a passion for the beer industry

Additional Information
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $50,000.00-$75,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service, brand program, and geographic location. This job classification is bonus eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
