    Undergraduate Intern / Co-op Program Overview:

    • (Summer 2025 -June to August) intern/co-op within a functional area of MKS Instruments that provides students a comprehensive and engaging experience from before your program starts to after the program ends.

    • 40 hours per week, for Summer 2025 (June to August)

    A Day in Your Life at MKS:

    MKS Instruments is seeking an exceptional SAP ERP analyst to join the team. In this position, you will work as SAP BASIS Administrator. This role will require a candidate who can manage SAP applications at MKS. Perform system administrator activities and coordinate SAP system maintenance with key stakeholders. Get involved in solving customer’s most critical problems. Identify areas of improvement for productivity in SAP application administration. Develop and engage with cross SAP teams. Show us accountability at the team and individual level.

    You Will Make an Impact By:

    • Build integration design documents for Systems.

    • Build Automation bots for Business and technical process.

    • Refine and create monitoring system solutions for ERP systems.

    • Perform system administrator activities and coordinate SAP system maintenance with key stakeholders

    Skills You Will Bring:

    • Enrolled in Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Engineering /IT, Computer Science, or any relevant majors.

    • Ability to work 40 hours per week, for the Summer 2025 (June to August)

    • Knowledge in developing Automation bots.

    • Experience in MS office products (Excel, Power point and Visio)

    • Experience in Database management.

    • Knowledge in IT Systems Architecture.

    Competencies:

    • Knowledge of enterprise system architecture.

    • Understanding of Incident management and service request management in IT.

    • Experience in writing system operational procedures.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Hourly Pay Range: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.

    Benefits: MKS offers a benefits package for interns/co-ops working at least 20 hours per week, including 11 paid holidays, sick time, and 15 paid vacation days accrued on a biweekly basis.

    The application period for the intern/co-op position is estimated to be through the end of March 2025; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidate
