    MKS Instruments is seeking an exceptional Product Management Intern to join the team. In this position, you will gain hands-on experience in building tools, creating detailed reports, and analyzing data to support revenue forecasts, cost analysis, and gross margin assessments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, improve processes, and contribute to the overall success of the department.

    Principal Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain tools to support data analysis for revenue forecasts, cost management, and gross margin optimization.
    • Create and present reports that provide actionable insights for business planning and decision-making.
    • Collaborate with various departments to gather data, understand business needs, and propose improvements to existing processes.

    Travel Requirements: Travel is not required.

    Required Skills:

    • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python.
    • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, or cost analysis.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

    Competencies:

    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    Compensation and Benefits: Hourly Pay Range: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law. At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. Benefits: MKS offers a benefits package for interns/co-ops working at least 20 hours per week, including 11 paid holidays, sick time, and 15 paid vacation days accrued on a biweekly basis.
