    Job Summary

    WHY DO WE NEED YOU?

    POSITION SUMMARY

    Reporting to the HR Technology Manager, Recruiting and Onboarding, you will learn how to manage, enhance, and optimize our Application Tracking System (ATS) and onboarding system. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments within and outside Human Resources to identify and create technical enhancements and efficiencies. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in HR technology, process improvement, and cross-departmental collaboration.

    Full-Time - 40 hours per week

    Onsite in Malvern, PA (with the flexibility of being remote 2-3 days a week)

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES

    • Learning Opportunities : Gain hands-on experience with ATS and onboarding systems, including system enhancements, configuration, reporting, and optimization. Learn about the latest HR technology trends and best practices.
    • Project Assignments : Work on specific project(s) that align with our day-to-day operations, such as developing and implementing new features, improving user experience, and enhancing system performance.
    • Collaboration : Gain insights into cross-departmental collaboration and project management.
    • User Support and Training : Learn user support and training for ATS and onboarding systems, helping to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.
    • Shadowing : Opportunity to shadow “day in the life” of various team members within the HR Technology and Optimization organization, gaining a comprehensive understanding of different roles and responsibilities.

    OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide support as needed for additional HR technology projects, digital tools, or reporting.
    • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as directed by the HR Technology Manager, Recruiting and Onboarding.

    REQUIREMENTS

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Currently enrolled in a Four-Year Bachelor's Degree program working towards a degree or concentration in HR Operations, HR Systems, HR Technology, HR Management, or Project Management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite and MS Excel is a must (OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    PREFERRED OR DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
    • Understanding of concepts used in developing and documenting technical solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Exposure to data management and reporting.
