IT Intern - Neenah, WI IT Intern External .extra-padding-top { margin-top: 20px; } Neenah, WI Neenah, WI, USA Hourly Intern Email Me Similar Email Me This Job General Purpose In this role, you will provide end user support and maintenance of the computer desktop environment by resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Servicedesk. You will assist in administration and internal support of the company's PCs, printers, mobile phones and related equipment. Tasks include end user support and performing PC maintenance, upgrades and configurations. Essential Duties and Tasks Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear PPE. Read, understand and follow work instructions. Follow quality requirements to meet or exceed specifications. Effectively communicate with employees from your own and other departments to ensure a team environment. Must be able to work scheduled hours and overtime as needed. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Answer positively and successfully computer, software, voice, ERP or any business applicable questions offered by ProAmpac employees in person, via phone and email. Escalate service requests that cannot be resolved by the IT Intern to an IT Analyst. Implement Corporate IT Projects and Initiatives under the direction of IT Operations Service Manager. All other duties as assigned. Qualification, Education and Experience Working toward an Associate's Degree (A. A.) in a computer related field or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school Experience with supporting Microsoft Technologies including, but not limited to Windows Workstation and Office. Ability to follow documented policies and procedures. Trouble shooting/problem solving skills Other Duties Always take ownership and be accountable for your actions.
