Job Description

 Dedicated Sourcing Solutions has an immediate opening for an experienced customer service representative to work in the CSR/Orders department of a busy manufacturing firm.

The right candidate will have 5+ years in customer service, ideally including 2+ years of experience in Manufacturing Customer Service, as well as very strong computer skills, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to complete job orders. Must have an outgoing, positive, energetic personality.

Job duties for this position will include the following: •    Communicating with and taking orders from existing clients over the phone •    Resolving issues with existing clients •    Speaking with new clients and entering their data into the database •    Generating sales orders •    Monitoring client's sales orders throughout the production and shipping process •    Answering general customer questions about products

Will train on the specific product and product lines.  This position offers solid benefits, strong vacation package and growth potential after a probationary period.

Job Requirements: •    AS Degree or better is desired. •    5+ Years of Customer service experience in a business environment is required. •    3+ Years of telephone customer service experience is a necessity •    Some Manufacturing CSR background is desired. •    Must have strong computer skills including MS Word/Excel/Outlook proficiency. •    Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. •    Must have a high energy, positive personality. •    Must live within a reasonable commute of the Middletown, NY area.

Pay Rate: $16-19/hr depending on experience
