    Job Description

    Fortune Brands Innovations is seeking an Associate Creative Project Manager to oversee requests across multiple business units within the Creative X Team. You will be delegating tasks, assigning resources, creating and managing timelines, routing artwork to stakeholders, communicating feedback, and ensuring the team has everything they need to complete the work. You will work cross-functionally with various stakeholders for reviews and approvals. You will work in the project management and workflow tool, Adobe Workfront. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating all project tasks, assigning resources, and timelines. Must be extremely detail oriented, have strong organizational and communication skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Highly collaborative with strong verbal and written skills with a general knowledge and understanding of project management processes, tools and technologies, including asset management.
    • Extreme attention to detail and proactive nature to gather information and connect the dots between departments, designers, contractors, vendors.
    • Must have the ability to work independently, prioritize projects, and respond in a timely manner to questions, feedback, results, etc.
    • Attend weekly project meetings with the Creative X Team to gather status updates and raise and maintain awareness of all project issues, risks, and roadblocks.
    • Effectively drive communication with internal teams and external vendors and educate and train on processes related to the offerings of the creative team.
    • Be a representative and point of contact for the creative team by explaining the ways of working with cross-functional partners including the Marketing, Product, Content and Channel Teams. Manage expectations and build bridges across teams, improving our ability to collaborate and reach our shared goals.
    • Establish regular reporting functions to measure the success of the creative team
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree is required
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience
    • Excellent communication, both written and verbal
    • Highly organized
    • Self-starter, motivated individual
    • Ability to work in a highly-collaborative, rapidly changing environment with tight timelines and multiple priorities
    • Ability to work in project management system, preferably Adobe Workfront
    • Hybrid opportunity in our North Olmsted office (3 days in office, 2 at home)
