    Manage product life cycle from concept ideation to final garment delivery through..

    • Executing and delivering on all key T&A dates and development deadlines (protos, fits, commit dates, production start dates, etc.)
    • Analyze costing during development process and work with manager for final price negotiations
    • Attend fit sessions from concept to TOP approval
    • Partner cross functionally for garment construction reviews and final approvals prior to production
    • Participate in weekly Cross Functional Team meetings
    • Collaborate with cross functional teams (Design, Tech Design, Merchandising, Materials & Color, QA, Planning) to achieve product development milestones, margin goals, and to resolve issues as they arise
    • Deliver all development samples on time for line reviews, from concept through adoption, that meet cost and aesthetic expectations
    • Manage Purchase Order process to ensure product is ordered, produced and shipped on time

    Support sourcing strategy and own daily vendor management by..

    • Communicating with and managing factory relationships, capacity planning, forecasting, and seasonal projections
    • Support manager with implementing vendor and allocation strategies
    • Maintain up to date knowledge of issues affecting sourcing strategy: FTAs, tariff changes, country/region instability, and other social/political issues
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We require…

    • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in production/sourcing role
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
    • Understanding of product development, production, garment construction, garment costing, and fabric construction
    • Results focused with strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize workload for self and others, with effective time management skills to deliver quality work in a timely manner
    • Creative problem solver and strategic thinker that proactively seeks opportunities to drive positive change
    • Ability to provide cross-functional leadership and influence peers in terms of calendar and problem solving
    • Clear communicator with ability to adapt to different situations and personalities to cater information to audience to cultivate solutions
    • Intermediate/advanced skills in Microsoft Suite (Office, Excel)
