_ Note: This position is part of our hybrid workforce model and will require onsite up to 4 days weekly in our Cuyahoga Falls, OH Head Quarters._

** JOB TITLE:**

Power BI - Financial Analyst

** SUMMARY:**

This role will be within the Finance organization supporting the Commercial and Distribution business.

OBJECTIVES

• Bring a robust data analytics approach to the company.
• Derive and deliver Power BI insights, reporting and decision analysis that will bring a positive impact to the company.
• Operate cross functionally and collaborate with a number of internal customers seeking to bring a more sound financial decision making ability to drive profit and results.
• Execute financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans
• Review, analyze, and interpret financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations
• Develop P&L, balance sheets and cash flow analysis and projections
• Develop analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins
• Provide interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports
• Conduct small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis
• Lead FP&A process improvement sessions
• Adept in Power BI development and administration including publishing, and scheduling Power BI reports to the online Power BI Service
• Excellent analytical thinking skills in converting data into informative visual reports, dashboards and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop
• Familiarity with connecting to data sources, importing, and transforming data to build datasets

• Work cohesively as part of the finance organization team to meet departmental responsibilities

and deadlines with a sense of poise, urgency, practicality, and integrity.

Qualifications

** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Ideally 3 plus years of progressive experience (Finance Preferred)
• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, Formulas, Standard Reports, etc.)
• Proficiency with Power BI Dashboards and analytical acumen
• Experience in financial reporting and variance analysis
• Experience with Data analytics
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills
