In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of our electrical systems. Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, determining the root cause and implementing effective solutions.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and replacements of faulty electrical components and mechanical equipment, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Work closely with teams from different departments to find areas where processes can be improved, and effectively implement those changes.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Continuously search out improvement methods for product and process quality to reduce waste and rework.

The hourly rate for this position is $24.96-$31.62 / hour + $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• We welcome applicants with a high school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 3-5 years maintenance experience. Preference will be given to candidates with industrial experience, a technical degree, or certification in electrical maintenance.
• Willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
• Able to lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional knowledge of electrical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
