    Job Description

    As an ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR at Bath Fitter, you will be the central point of all activities dealing with customers, employees, and management.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    You will be responsible for coordinating all branch activities involving customers, employees, and management. Typical tasks include:

    ·         Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and successfully set appointments for Sales Consultants.

    ·         Order, assemble and mail materials for direct mail campaigns.

    ·         Responsible for payroll, AP/AR, inventory control, and collections.

    ·         Prepare daily bank deposit and maintain petty cash expenses.

    ·         Review and enter orders and completed jobs in Bath Fitter systems. Update deposits, payments, and all related data.

    ·         Schedule installations and service calls with the customers.

    ·         Prepare financial and operational reports for manager as required.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • College Degree in administration or accounting preferred
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment in a similar role
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Customer Service oriented
    • Detailed with strong organizational skills
    • Proficient computer skills

     Positive attitude and ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues.
