Human Resources Operations Intern Location: USA - CA - Sunnyvale Division: Human Resources # of Openings: 1 Description Job Description: Human Resources Operations Intern   Bloom Energy, a solid oxide fuel cell company, is looking for a Human Resources Intern to join its world class team.  This individual should be a dynamic professional who is looking for a rewarding future in one of todays most exciting technologies.   The small size of the current team means that the right candidate will be able to wear many hats and make a significant contribution to the overall success of Bloom Energy.  This is an exciting opportunity to help Bloom Energy grow and help find and foster exceptional talent.   Location: This position will be based in Sunnyvale, CA Compensation : This is a paid internship Start Date: Flexible This is a 10-12 week summer internship   Role and Responsibilities: Deliver market based research to advance HR Operations initiatives Gain exposure to processes and procedures in both HR Operations and Recruiting Other deliverables from this internship could include: Working on HRIS initiatives that will advance business productivity HR Compliance projects such as immigration and training Other projects as assigned   Skills and Experience: Pursuing a Masters (or equivalent) or graduated from a Masters program within the last 6 months Strong interest in Human Resources Ability to drive projects to completion Research experience and intellectual curiosity required Exceptional interviewing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to build strong relationships with all clients including internal/external business partners and candidates Solid business acumen Strong experience in the MS Office Suite   About Bloom Energy: Bloom Energy will make clean, reliable energy affordable for everyone in the world.
