    Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Intern to join our ComputationalBiology_ departmentlocated at our Ridgefield, CT facility. As an Intern, you will apply datadriven approaches to enhance single cell RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) analysis,which serves as an important toolkit for functional analysis of NGS data. Evaluate and test up-to-date single cell RNAseqbioinformatics to improve existing workflow ? Participate in collaborative research for datavisualization and cell typecharacterization Requirements: Must be an Undergraduate, Graduate, or Professional Student in goodacademic standing. Must have completed 12 credit hours within a related major and/or otherrelated coursework. Overall, cumulative GPA (from last completed quarter) must be at least3.200 (on 4.0 scale) or better (No rounding up). Major must be related to the field of internship. DesiredExperience, Skills and Abilities: _ ? Goodunderstanding of basic biology, gene signature, and network modeling ? Knowgeneral data exploratory techniques including data normalization,overrepresentation analysis, clustering, machine learning classification, anddata visualization. ?
