Job Description
The Business Resilience Manager will lead and develop a team responsible for developing, implementing, documenting, and managing disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of a disaster. This role ensures the organization's ability to anticipate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events, including disaster recovery (DR), business continuity planning (BCP), and business impact analyses (BIAs). This role will work closely with IT, security, and business units to identify risks, develop recovery strategies, and conduct regular testing while aligning these efforts with organizational goals.
The Business Resilience Manager will provide both strategic and technical leadership to ensure the organization's risk management framework is effective, proactive, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.

Additional Information
RRD's current salary range for this role is $105,900 to $165,900 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
