For Grugliasco site, that follows MASERATI, FIAT, ALFA ROMEO AND JEEP Customers, we are looking for the PROJECT LEADER position.
As a Project Leader, you will report directly to the Product Engineering Manager, lead the Seating development activity for a complete car in accordance with the Customer & Legal specification. Ensure the development timing and development cost defined per the Program target and commitment.
Responsibility area:
- Technical responsible for the complete car seating development and technical content
- Technical interface to Customer, Supplier and internal departments
- Lead internal team meeting with Product engineer
- Lead the Engineering Open issue list on a weekly basis
- Read and understand Customer specifications
- Full understand the legal requirement for seat components
- Support the sub component specification creation to reach Customer specifications
- Support DFMEA for new products
- Lead Product change management and control per Engineering and Organization procedures
- Check and release Component and Assembly Drawings
- Prepare and present technical presentations
- Support to Prepare and Run design reviews
- Support Test/FEA matrix
- Analyze FEA results and define design changes
- Analyze test results and define design changes
- Align control plans together with Lear Supplier Quality and Central Quality
- Support VA/VE proposals implementation
- Support manufacturing PFMEA
Required Skills
- Fluency in Italian and in English languages

Required Experience
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- At least 5 years of experience in project development. It will be a plus coming from automotive sector
