Canon Solutions America Sales Support Branch Administrators are responsible for providing support to the Sales Branch Director in the coordination of daily activities such as reviewing and processing sales orders, assisting with the development of sales reports, sales forecasts and power-point presentations in addition to front desk support including answering phones and greeting customers. Responsibilities The Sales Support Branch Administrator will: * Support Sales Director, Managers, and their respective sales teams. * Review incoming sales orders for accuracy and company policy compliance. * Verify that all appropriate documentation is included with orders prior to processing, in order to expedite orders and enhance order processing efficiency to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction. * Update sales teams on new procedures, paperwork, policies through email and regular meetings * Work as a liaison between Sales and the Order Management Department. * Receive visitors and answers telephone inquiries, assist those seeking information, disposing of routine matters to conserve assigned management's time. * Maintain adequate inventory levels pertaining to CSA literature/brochures, office supplies and demonstration stock, as well as, office supplies for all office personnel. * Perform other miscellaneous duties as required, including opening and distribution of mail, file records, and other similar or related work. * Perform various typing and clerical assignments from sales groups including but not limited to proposals, letters, memos, power-point presentations, spreadsheets, reports, forecasts. * Travel between branch offices located in Michigan as needed. * Report to the Branch Administration Supervisor. Qualifications Your qualifications must include: * College Degree with a minimum of 2+ years of administrative experience in fast paced, detail-oriented working environment * Experience supporting a Sales Team/Environment * Knowledge of PowerPoint Presentations (creating and modifying) * Time Management and the ability to provide support remotely * Extreme attention to detail is important in this role * Willingness to work overtime at month end * Strong organizational, analytical skills, excellent communication and proven customer service skills are required
