    Job Description

    Fortune Brands Innovations is looking for a creative, driven, and agile change management professional who can help increase employee adoption of Supply Chain Digital Transformation strategy. As the Change Management Manager, you’ll focus on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, policies, programs, systems and technology, and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.     Position location: This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL (3 days in office). Effective mid-2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.

    What you will be doing:

    • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities for Supply Chain transformation. Leverage the FBIN change management methodology, process, and tools to create a change strategy to support adoption of digital transformation changes or as required by other supply chain projects.
    • Support communication efforts by working with communications team to identify key communication needs to support adoption of change and the delivery of communications.
    • Complete change impact analysis as needed per project. Assess the change readiness, identify key stakeholders impacted and needs to adopt change.
    • Develop and own change management plans in coordination with communication, and/or training plans. Create actionable deliverables for each core stakeholder group.
    • Identify and prepare for risk mitigation related to change plans.
    • Consult and coach project teams on integrating change management activities within their project plans.
    • Define and measure success metrics and monitor the impact of change process.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • 5+ years leading and executing change management activities for a large organization. Change management certification or designation desired.
    • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
    • Experience using Prosci change model, not required to be certified.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Excellent active listening skills.
    • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
    • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
    • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
    • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Experience with Agile methodology is a plus.
    • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
    • Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
    • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.

    Additional Information

    Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $90,000 USD - $143,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
