    Job Description

    The SITE IT SPECIALIST is a critical support role in our organization. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is motivated by an opportunity to participate in an organization’s regionalization approach to systems, infrastructure and end user support.

    The essential functions of this position are:

    • Assist the Regional IT Manager in developing strategic and tactical plans for site support and delivery.
    • Demonstrate a bias for action when responding to IT issues, particularly in the Operations group, which includes seeking out the internal customer's worksite.
    • Drive change management for acceptance and adoption of significant changes into previously independent operating units will require a measured, win-win approach.
    • Ensure compliance to IT Management Processes and Quality programs
    • Lead site system monitoring, support and end user support processes
    • Identify operational issues impacting service levels and streamline IT processes to provide real-time visibility into unit support and services delivery performance
    • Establish relationships with end users and be the face of IT on a daily basis at the site.  This role will be the primary point of contact for site based end users.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    ·         Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting a site's applications in a similar operating environment; complexity, size and scope.

    ·         Bachelor of Science Degree (preferred)

    ·         Excellent customer service capabilities and attitude
