Position Responsibilities * Answering employee and HR payroll and transaction questions via phone and email * Coach employees and HR partners on transactions in Workday. * Administer and provide subject matter expertise in resolving payroll errors and discrepancies prior to finalization of the payroll process. * Process US and Canadian payroll and HR transactions * Provide guidance to co-workers and support the integrity of employee records and Workday data by running various audit and processing reports and modify data as necessary * Work within a team that supports HR transactions and assists employees with HR and payroll services. * Identify, suggest, document and implement ongoing process improvements. * Assess inquiries or reported issues to determine best method of resolution * Works collaboratively within a team to share ideas, ownership, and accountability for driving improvements and consistency of execution for key HR processes * Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen * Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess employee and HR needs * Perform other duties as assigned Position Qualifications * Bachelors degree in applicable field and 1-3 years experience in HR-related field, payroll, office manager/administrative assistant, or accounting role. OR High school diploma and 3 years+ experience in HR-related field, payroll, office manager/administrative assistant, or accounting role. * Excellent telephone manner with clear, concise and professional communication skills. * Demonstrate broad HR and Payroll knowledge, as pertains to the company, providing customers with relevant information, policy explanation and navigation support. * Previous experience in a centralized HR Shared Services environment is a plus * Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to interact with employees, team members, and HR Partners. * Ability and willingness to work in a team environment * Self-motivated and independent problem-solving ability * Experience with Workday or other HRIS systems preferred * Spanish speaking skills, desired * Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information * Ability to work in a change-filled environment and manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions, required * Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) #LI-MC1 Conagra Brands is an equal opportunity employer and considers qualified applicants for employment without regard to sex, race, color, religion, ethnic or national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, pregnancy, leave status, disability, veteran status, genetic information and/or any other characteristic or status protected by national, federal, state or local law.
