Job Description
** Position Summary** : The Account Executive is the representative responsible for understanding and representing our products, services, and solutions to small to medium size revenue clients. The Account Executive is responsible for managing inbound leads, or assisting with franchise business as applicable, retaining existing clients and recognizing growth opportunities. The Account Executive is responsible for promoting sales and continued client satisfaction in creative and effective ways to retain existing business, close opportunities and meet the clients marketing and budget needs. ****

Additional Information
This is a salary plus incentive program eligible role. RRD's current pay range for this role is $50,000 to $150,000 / year. The pay range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. It is not typical for the final salary offered to be near or at the top of the range. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs.
