Job Summary
Ductilcrete is a specialized concrete slab system for warehouse and manufacturing facilities in the United States. The Customer Account Specialist will be tasked to support customers for all material and forecasting needs as well as be the point of contact for all general Ductilcrete inquiries.
Essential Functions of the role:
- Manage the processing of order entry and execution of orders into the system in a timely fashion with precision accuracy. Ensure that both manual and automated orders are verified and accurately entered into SAP
- Assist customers with project material forecasting and estimating by identifying project start dates and estimated quantities
- Assist customers with confirmed project material estimates by identifying actual project quantities and project types by way of Project Engagement Report, Project Manager, Licensee, and Job Log
- Delivery scheduling, project sequencing - licensee confirmation to determine order splits, dates, access to site, challenges, contact personnel
- Provide delivery confirmation, track orders, and communicate status with customers
- Strong knowledge of Ductilcrete systems and product line to communicate effectively with customers
- New Vendor/customer setup
- Invoice Approval
- Forecast monthly (projected revenue) by identifying new projects and their respective start dates
- Forecast for Material and Vendor needs via Supply/Demand based on current and future projects
- Support and provide auditor requests regarding order processing
- Monitor and update current forecast & budgets
Required Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or accredited GED
- Able to travel 5-10%
- 2 years of experience in Customer Service in the Manufacturing Industry
- 2 years of experience in Order management and Logistics
- 2 years of experience in SAP or QAD
PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's Degree
- General knowledge of concrete slab/construction
