    Direct liaison between customers and internal stakeholders. Responsible for providing information related to customer orders and inquiries. This position will maintain constant contact with customers to make sure all their needs are met by the business. Responsible for maintaining up-to-date sales data in the QAD MRP systems.

    Perform all necessary QAD MRP transactions related to assigned customers, including:

    • Quotations for price list parts
    • Order entry/changes and related acknowledgements
    • Customer account maintenance
    • Credits and other transactions

    Perform other customer and business related tasks:

    • Serve as direct link to customer and related email/phone exchanges including recurring meetings
    • Interactions with customer portals including download of orders and upload of related information
    • Participate in production meetings and contract review
    • Communicate customer feedback and escalate customer concerns as needed
    • Payment and credit terms follow up with customers and Saint-Gobain finance
    • Communication and follow up with customers on price and delivery change
    • Export control, shipping and payment and other reviews to support orders

    Other department functions, including:

    • Administrative duties (i.e.: reconciling expense reports and general office support)
    • Filing (physically and electronically)
    • All other duties and tasks as assigned

    Required Qualifications

    • High School degree or equivalent required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, HR, Customer Service is preferred.
    • 1+ 3 years of Customer Service experience, preferably in a Manufacturing environment.
    • Working with automation, process data, data exchange, closed loop systems would be ideal.
    • Experience in an industrial company with demonstrated people and computer skills
