Flow Cytometry Application Specialist Beckman Coulter Life Sciencesis looking for an energetic and personable individual with flow cytometryexperience to join our North American Applications Support team. **About the Position: ** The ideal candidate will be based in Georgia and will support customersprimarily in the southeast of the US. The position supports Sales and customersin both pre & post-sales contexts. Pre-sales activities include customerconsultations, customer site-based demos, workflow studies, and support forscientific meetings. Post-sales activities include customer training,implementation of new platforms at customer sites, and troubleshooting. Theposition works closely with Sales, Field Service Engineers, and TechnicalSupport. Requirements: Strong interpersonal,communication, and presentation skills Flow cytometry experience, 3+years, in research and/or clinical setting Masters Degree in Biology orrelated life science discipline required. Availability to travel 75% on the time Desired skills andabilities: The candidate should be ableto operate the following instrumentation, and having the ability and experienceto train others is highly preferred: 1) Navios and NaviosEX clinical flow analyzers as an in vitro diagnostic device forimmunophenotyping and clinical research. 2) FC 500 clinical flow analyzer as an in vitrodiagnostic device for immunophenotyping and clinical research. 3) AQUIOS CL flow cytometer with AQUIOS tetra system.Experience with the AQUIOS Designer Software is desirable. 4) CytoFLEX family of research flow analyzers, includingthe CytoFLEX LX for multi-color flow cytometry applications. 5) High speed fluorescence activated cell sorting withthe MoFlo XDP and MoFlo Astrios cell sorters in research and clinical researchlaboratories. 6) Experience usingthe Kaluza Analysis software for flow cytometry data analysis is highlydesirable. 7) Familiarity with using various flowcytometry product reagent lines from Beckman Coulter, which include but are notlimited to, IOTest and IOTest3 conjugated Antibodies, CYTO-STAT MonoclonalAntibodies, COULTER CLONE Monoclonal Antibodies, DuraClone IM panels, ClearLLabreagents and our proprietary lysing, fixative and permeabilizing solutions, ishighly preferred. **Primary Location: **North America-North America-United States-Maine **Work Locations: ** **Job: **Customer Support **Organization: **Beckman Coulter, Inc. **Schedule: **Full-time
