    Job Description

    Shift Hours: 7am-3pm and 11am-7pm

    The Data Reporting Specialist performs routine but varied clerical duties supporting the local production management team in a front office setting.

    • Provides clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documents.
    • Maintains records, compiles standard reports, files, tabulates, and performs routine clerical tasks related to manufacturing.
    • Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions.
    • Responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requests.
    • Responsible for maintaining department files, operating light equipment ie printers copiers.
    • Assist with managing plant and department inventory and work with vendors to ensure regular supplies.
    • Assist with production planning and special projects.
    • Front desk responsibilities for building.
    • Miscellaneous tasks supporting the Production Management Supervisor.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Good organizational, customer service, and telephone skills are required.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint
    • Strong basic math skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders

    Additional Information

    The pay range for this role at the noted location is $21.21 to $27.81 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and stand-by pay.
