    DMTN|Team Leader|Logistics 1. Oversees daily workflow activities, such as ensuring the daily in house deliveries to the various production areas are being made in a correct, safe, and timely manner, tracking the progress of new products, design changes, localization, and similar items and reporting any problems and concerns associated with these activities, investigating differences between targets and results and developing and implementing appropriate countermeasures, identifying safety concerns and taking action to address these concerns, confirming the status of customer shipments, seeking ways to improve productivity and eliminate waste of material, time, etc., and working with other departments and areas to address issues pertaining to Logistics. 1. Trains and mentors other associates on Company policies and procedures and necessary Logistics skills. 2. Responsible for warehouse space utilization. 3. Meets daily with members of various shifts, such as 1st and 2nd shifts, in order to receive feedback regarding problems and concerns pertaining to daily Logistics activities and develops appropriate countermeasures. 4. May assist in the analysis of the causes of defective and/or damaged materials and products and develop and implement countermeasures. 5. Evaluates team members work performance and assists in upgrading associates development and talent. 6. Coordinates and participates in annual and on-going projects. 7. Performs Human Resource activities including tracking time and attendance, counseling, scheduling, etc. Maintains an appropriate level of conventionality and conformance in regard to the corporate culture as expressed in the Associate Handbook. Relates well with others, including as appropriate, peers, supervisor, subordinates, customers and suppliers. Maintains good attendance and assumes appropriate role(s) when working in a team environment.
