    Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The annual salary for this role is $78,000 a year. This position offers a one-time $6,000 signing bonus.

    What you’ll do:

    The Technical Sales Development Programis within Eaton’s Electrical Sector and incorporates field sales training with challenging product and leadership training. This 2-year rotational program consists of two 1-year rotations and will provide exposure to multiple salesroles across the U.S. Eaton sales offices. Participants will learn to sell electrical products and solutions, and bring value to distributors, contractors, consultants, and end customers.

    Potential Assignments Include:

    • Project Engineer, Project Management Organization
    • Technical Support Engineer, Technical Resource Center
    • OEM Account Engineer
    • CPDI (Critical Power & Digital Infrastructure) Account Engineer
    • Inside Sales Engineer

    After completion of the program, your experience and newly acquired skills could lead you in a variety of leadership career pathswithin sales, manufacturing, or operations.

    Required (Basic) Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a graduation date before August 2025
    • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorshipnow and in the future
    • Minimum of one internship or co-op experience or an equivalent of 3 months of work experience completed at the time of this application
    • Must be geographically flexible to relocate within the United States

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher
    • Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or community
    • Ability to speak a second language
    • Enrolled in an engineering or business degree from an accredited institution

    Position Criteria:

    • The first assignment will be in Asheville, NC. The second assignment will be in a district sales office within the United States. Locations include by are not limited to: Cincinatti, OH; Philadelphia, PA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Phoenix, AZ
    • This role may include travel (up to 25%) within a local region as determined by the Technical Sales assignment manager
    • This role may require the employee to maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license
