Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree in related discipline preferred.
- 4+ years verifiable work experience in the electronics and instrumentation field. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Knowledge and understanding of Proportional-Integral-Differential (PID) control loops, AC/DC drives, and assessment techniques for examining, questioning, and evaluating, PLC program ladder logic.
- Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO or related experience preferred.
- Regard safety as a core value; must serve as role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures.
- Understanding of applicable computer systems, such as Google Sheets/Docs, Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes and function specific software.
- Able and willing to work overtime, including short-notice requests.
- Able to lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:
- Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
- Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
- Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
