    What You Will Do

    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Email Outreach and CRM Specialist with proven experience using HubSpot for effective email campaigns and CRM management. In this role, you will be responsible for driving engagement through targeted email outreach, maintaining and optimizing our CRM system, and ensuring our campaigns are data-driven and results-oriented to drive high-quality leads for sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Independently design, write, and execute email campaigns to drive engagement and nurture both current and prospective customers.
    • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM Subscription types, Marketing contacts, and list segmentation for effective campaigns, ensuring the right messages reach the right audience at the right time.
    • Develop engaging, personalized email content and optimize subject lines, copy, and call-to-action buttons for maximum impact.
    • Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, bounce rates and conversions to continuously improve campaign results.
    • To improve campaign effectiveness, test and iterate on email content, subject lines, send times, and other variables.
    • Optimize workflows and automations within HubSpot to enhance lead nurturing, engagement, and retention.
    • Create, implement, and optimize lead scoring models, setting up triggers to automatically move leads through the sales funnel.
    • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Ensure seamless communication between marketing and sales teams to develop and maintain the outreach calendar, lead outreach/follow-up, and conversion.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends and HubSpot features to ensure Sphero stays ahead of industry best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience (5+ years) working in email marketing, outreach, or CRM management, with a focus on using HubSpot.
    • Deep knowledge of HubSpot, email automation, workflows, reporting, and analytics.
    • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, A/B testing, and email deliverability.
    • Familiarity with compliance laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL)
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling email copy and campaigns.
    • Experience with MQL to SQL activities supporting the movement of leads through the sales funnel.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track, interpret, and act on data to optimize campaigns.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Experience with other marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
    • Knowledge or experience in the educational space would be advantageous.
    • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.

    Day in the Life:

    • Reach out to your teammates to align on priorities and tasks
    • Check your Slack for any communications and respond accordingly with appropriate information or revisions.
    • Connect with the Marketing and Sales leaders on any new requests /items/campaign needs of which to be aware
    • Post in the daily scrum channel re: previous day’s tasks and tasks for the current day
    • Attend weekly marketing L10 as well as the Sales Central L10

    Compensation: The salary range for this position is $5,000 - $6,000 per month. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
