Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience operating flexographic presses, focusing on high-quality print production, technical problem-solving, and managing ink densities and plate adjustments.
- Proficiency in basic math calculations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate proficiency using product overlay gauges and reading shop scales.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. by hand or with lift aids, and push, pull, and turn 150 lbs. with lift aids.
- Ability to maneuver up to 1584 lbs. with a hand truck.
- Ability to continuously stand, stoop, and bend.
- Good vision, including color vision.
- Ability to learn and demonstrate basic PC skills for production reporting.
Additional Information
Physical Requirements:
- Movement: May require the ability to stand/walk for up to 80% of your shift, with frequent pushing, pulling, bending, reaching, and squatting 50% of the time.
- Lifting: May require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds 50% of your shift.
- Environment: May require being comfortable working in an environment with varying temperatures.
