If so, Generac has an amazing opportunity for you. We are currently looking to hire a Human Resource Manager for our Berlin, WI manufacturing plant. This is an amazing opportunity for a current HR Generalist with 5 years of progressive HR experience to manage HR initiatives for their own plant!

With one direct report this HR Manager will implement, administer and manage HR policies and programs concerning employment, compensation, payroll, recruitment, organizational development, communication, employee relations, training, and safety for our Berlin facility
