The Vaccine Order Management Contact Center Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing Tier 1 support to users by performing the following duties: Provide user support and customer service for vaccine grantees and providers via telephone and e-mailMaintain appropriate documentation on phone and e-mail inquiriesProvide users with operational and technical support for basic software/hardware issues with the VTrckS Ordering SystemEscalate issues to the appropriate areas of responsibility and monitor activity to ensure that issues are resolved within the established departmental time framesProvide assistance to CDC in resolving escalated issuesComplete required trainingMay be required to work GDIT scheduled holidays Education Requires a High School Diploma or GED Qualifications 1-3 years of related customer service, call center or help desk experienceDemonstrated customer service, leadership and team interaction skills are requiredAbility to define and solve problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusionsAbility to plan and organize, prioritizing and planning work activities, using time efficientlyExperience with current PC and Windows environments requiredKnowledge of Internet browser support desiredTechnical terminology experience desired.Must be able to speak and write English clearly and professionallyBi-lingual a plus Working Conditions:The work is typically performed in an office environment; which requires proper safety and security precautions.
