EOE/Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabilities General Mills is seeking a talented Human Resources Coordinator at our Hannibal, Missouri manufacturing site. The HR Coordinator at General Mills is responsible for leading key HR initiatives around talent recruitment & development and will act as a trusted advisor to our Manufacturing leaders to provide expertise process improvement, high employee engagement strategy and leader coaching. Our Hannibal, Missouri site makes food people love in the Snacks and Meals businesses and is located just 90 minutes outside of St. Louis, Missouri. Hannibal is a high performing, multi-platform non-union facility with over 900 employees leading the safe, high quality production of a wide range of products. The plant supports the Snacks and Meals Operating Units across 16 production lines. In this role you will provide HR leadership to the Hannibal site, focused on: * Driving Business Results through a focus on growing the business, paired with expertise in areas such as organizational design, talent management and employee relations. * Be a Thought Leader by understanding industry best practices, embracing and leading change, challenging the status quo, and providing innovative solutions. * Grow our Championship Culture through talent development, process improvement and high employee engagement. * Act as a Trusted Advisor by coaching leaders at all levels of the organization with confidence and credibility. Responsibilities: Process Management (40%): * Lead communication, project coordination and calibration support for talent reviews, annual performance and rewards, and performance management process partnering with HR Region and Function Business Partners, HR Operations and Center of Excellence teams * Partner closely with plant leadership in facilitation of key projects and initiatives * Serve as back up SME on all recruiting initiatives Data Insights & Administrative (20%): * Partner with analytics team to leverage data scorecards and reports to enable insights and identify trends (turnover, exit interview trends, promotions, diversity, etc.), as well as support workforce planning efforts * Maintain & track key talent metrics across all functions within location * Serve as backup support for peer HR Coordinator tasks as needed Business Partner and Project Responsibilities (40%): * HR Business Partner for functional client groups * Project lead for change management initiatives * Partner with HR Manager and leadership in strategy development & execution * Adhoc projects as assigned * Point person for recruiting and onboarding the plants contingent workforce Qualifications: * Bachelors Degree in ANY major; Bachelor in Human Resources Management or Business preferred * At least 3 years of experience * Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred CB1
