    Job Description

    The Global Data Coordinator 2 is part of the operations and special projects team. The role supports internal clients by adhering to approved data procedures and accurately reviewing outputted results. Responsibilities include overseeing the disposition process of the Firm’s archived physical documents, reviewing and validating data integrity, and ensuring the accuracy of the Firm’s inventory. This position operates under minimal supervision.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a full department backup with comprehensive knowledge of data operations.
    • Support operational and special project data reporting and technology needs, including creating test cases and identifying report findings or discrepancies.
    • Assist with user acceptance testing of technology systems.
    • Generate and analyze reports for both clients and internal procedural requirements.
    • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reporting.
    • Compare data across multiple sites, identify inconsistencies, and potentially propose resolutions.
    • Provide feedback on workflow processes, including recommendations for increased efficiency.
    • Review and update current procedures as processes evolve.
    • Respond directly to internal clients with reporting and information in response to inquiries, as directed.
    • Ensure the completion of projects within agreed-upon deadlines.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Education Level:

    • Minimum: High School or GED, Bachelor's degree highly preferred

    Skills and Certifications:

    • 2-3 years’ experience as a data analyst
    • Ability to interact directly with client in a professional, responsive manner
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with the highest level of attention to detail
    • Analyze reports and develop pathways to turn them into actionable insights
    • Ability to interact professionally with management, clients, and vendors
    • Excellent presentation skills, including managing productive meetings
    • Previous experience in document/records management department is a Plus
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
    • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
    • Ability to work full time

    Additional Information

    The national pay range for this role is $51,800 to $85,300 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
