    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (FOR BOTH LEVEL 1 AND LEVEL 2 CONVERSION SPECIALISTS)

    · Effectively manages small, mid-market, and large corporate, complex business clients (Tier 1 and Tier 2) during their conversion from a legacy online banking platform to a new, target platform

    · Consults with clients and customers to identify additional needs related to the products or services

    · Responsible for inbound or outbound call segment based on individual assignments

    · Provide brief application walkthroughs upon request

    · Utilizes available resources appropriately to accurately service clients and customers

    · Ensures appropriate follow-through steps are completed for each call

    · Maintains complete and accurate records of all call activity and customer interactions, as required

    · Assists other team members with knowledge base and clientele

    · Successfully completes initial new Digital Conversion Professional training program and completes all required learning and ongoing training

    · Works within a team environment supporting both team objectives and overall company objectives

    · Handles escalated calls

    · Must provide outstanding “white glove” customer service to each of our elite clients and customers

    · Maintains a professional appearance and a quality work environment that adheres to all safety and security policies

    · Answer telephone and email troubleshooting requests for online banking

    · May be assigned additional tasks, projects, special assignments, team roles on a rotating basis at the discretion of team leader

    ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/RESPONSIBILITIES: (FOR LEVEL 2 CONVERSION SPECIALISTS)

    · Background in a multi-flow operations/process environment a plus

    · Previous project experience

    · Organized and conducted training sessions for companies

    · Leads training session(s) over electronic means with client on the phone utilizing Skype for business (or equivalent) tool

    · Probes, consults and executes with clients and customers in the development of the detailed client conversion plan and maintains agreed upon SLA's

    · Managed high profile clientele online banking data

    · Built and managed client information portfolios

    · Experience working with online banking treasury management, ACH, wire transfer, lockbox, positive pay, investment sweeps and related bank services and applications with commercial, corporate customers

    · Experience as a Treasury Management sales resource, or product manager, or experience in online banking/wire transfer conversions

    · Superior customer service skills

    · Good working knowledge of email, Skype for business (or equivalent), Word, Excel

    · Exceptional communication, written and verbal skills

    · Above average computer skills

    · Serves as a Skills Mentor to Conversion Specialists 1’s

    *YOUR DIGITAL CONVERSION SPECIALIST LEVEL (OF 1 OR 2) WILL BE DETERMINED BY YOUR ASSESSMENT SCORES AND INTERVIEW.

     

    EDUCATION REQUIRED:

    BS in banking/business/finance/accounting or equivalent experience
