HAVPAK specializes in the Medical Device and Consumer Products Business Segments. We are looking to add a Manufacturing Technician (3rd shift) 9:00pm -5:30am to the team! In this role, the Manufacturing Technician are recognized and empowered to demonstrate business ownership within the organization through both technical mastery of equipment and system ownership. Main Responsibilities: * Responsible for the operation and maintenance of manufacturing equipment & processes used in the production of medical device and consumer product finished goods. * Ownership of manufacturing systems and processes to support the manufacturing operations. * Responsible for performance against Key Business Metrics: * Safety: * Responsible for the safety of all technicians. * Drive culture that reflects the Company's safety values in all daily work. * Operate in compliance with all Safe Practices & SOPs. * Quality: * Responsible for delivering all Product Quality Requirements and defined for Class 1 medical devices. * Completion and adherence to all Quality SOPs and GMPs. * Maintain and cultivate a Quality-focused culture in a manufacturing environment. * Production: * Meet or exceed business performance targets for production, process reliability, & scrap. * Cost: * Lead and/or execute improvement projects to eliminate losses with the operations. * Capability: * Execute skill training and qualification plans to meet Team Technical Mastery & System ownership needs. Skills and Qualifications: * High School Diploma or Technical degree. * Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience. * Working experience of loss elimination methodologies preferred (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, OEE, etc.). * Minimum Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Job requires high frequency and periods of standing, twisting, bending, & reaching. * Must have excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a highly diverse, global, multi-functional environment. * High capacity and self-directed: Able to balance multiple tasks and priorities with thorough follow-through. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is required to frequently stand, walk, bend, lift, use hands to handle and feel, as well as reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
