  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Partner with the Alpine HR team on a variety of workplace matters (i.e. talent, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, wellness program)
    • Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding
    • Create division-wide HR communications
    • Assist with the summer internship program
    • Additional projects as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, economics or related field
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
    • Leadership and teamwork capabilities required (extracurricular, academic, etc.)
    • Eagerness to learn, demonstrated curiosity, and a drive to excel
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
