Job Description
Lead HR activity for assigned functional groups related to major initiatives including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and talent development
Partner with Division HR Director to complete organizational assessments to ensure functional alignment with overall business objectives
Provide coaching to managers on leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness to foster high performing, engaged teams
Ensure workplace planning and acquisition strategy is in place for talent pipeline
Identify and accelerate development of hi-potential talent through intentional and differentiated development plans
Act as a “culture champion” by promoting and embedding ITW’s Core Values in daily responsibilities
Additional projects as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field required
6+ years of progressive, strategic experience in all facets of human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry
Proven ability to partner and influence across all levels of the organization through strong business acumen, strategic insights, and exceptional communication skills
Demonstrated track record of delivering great results
HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred) with strong ability to develop, analyze, and present data to inform decision making
Ability to travel up to 20%
